You need to place it in your user.ini (in the system folder)

This is mine:
Mouse5=SwitchWeapon 4 | pipedswitchweapon 9
Mouse4=SwitchWeapon 7 | pipedswitchweapon 8

I have logitech 518 mouse (same for 510)
this allows me to switch rockets and flak on one button, shock and lightning on the other. 8)

PipedSwitchWeapons This will toggle between two predefined weapons whenever the key is pressed. To change the weapons it selects, enter a different number:

0 = Super Weapons
1 = Shield Gun
2 = Assault Riffle
3 = Bio Rifle
4 = Shock Rifle
5 = Link Gun
6 = MiniGun
7 = Flak Cannon
8 = Rocket Launcher
9 = Lightning Rifle
