I got the same headset. Comfortable eh?

Do you have a creative card? Does it support 5.1? You might have to set it up in creative settings too. Check to make sure you have it plugged in correctly. Read your motherboard book if you have integrated sound.

i've been having similar problems with my set too...I think it's the audio card that came with my Mobo, I think the card is either defective or a POS. the Headphones worked awesome with my old audio card.

I would wager its a driver/settings problem, integrated sound has come a long way. check your windows settings, drivers and bios for anything to do with your onboard sound.

I think I fixed mine..the culpret was in my bios. I had HD Audio set and I switched it to AC97 and re-installed soundmax...seemed to have worked.
