Problem accessing Downloads section

When I try to open the Downloads section on the HTM site, I get this (http://img219.imageshack.us/img219/4333/dlbust1xu.jpg) window. I'm using Firefox. I can't open the file, and if I save it to disk, I just end up with a useless file on my desktop. But if I click cancel, it's just a blank screen. :roll: What do I need to do?

The downloads section is going away temporarily Slaide is changing providers and I'm going to look for a new site to host our files. This may take a little while as I have a hurricane bearing down on me and may be out of commision for a bit. I'll have it back up asap.
