What I personally have found strange is that my old 3400 running at 2.9 was actually faster on some apps than my new 6850 running at 3.0.Not that I'm unhappy with it,just thought it would be faster all the way around.I haven't even found the limits on how many apps can run at the same time on the new machine.My $.02 :)

i think that the guy was saying the amd is betetr with power and did better then the intel cpu on a single core applacation,but the intel worked better for multiple applacation..... only thing i can think of
