As you can see we have used or oil budget to buy blackmarket nuclear war heads.. Note that we have left out the Lappis, as they tend to get unstable after 2000 hours weekends..
so what we have so far:
Bomb New York and other main cities, including an additional nuke in the White house area after an agreement with China.
Then use the remaining bombs to flatten the whole damn island, then after 50 years, when the radiation hopefully has sunken into the earth, we make our move and over take it all!!
