OK, I'm bored. I threw together a montage of the last 30 years of that wonderful guy...drum roll... ME! The crowd goes wild! All to commemorate my 100th post at HTM. *silly huh?*

http://www.jefflindeman.com/jeffchrono.jpg

1972: Lincoln HiScool (and i DO mean HIGH), Seattle
1976: On the road playin' in the southland (OK, TX, LA, etc.)
1979: Disco Inferno baby, check out that BG's hairstyle
1982: The serious studio musician - tragically hip
1987: The carefree cruise ship musician, at the beach of course
1997: With my eldest daughter and my Laura Dern lookalike wife
2004: Still hair under that hat, but starting a slow recede

Other band pictures from the 70's here:

That should be all my spam for the day.

Cheers,
JaK

OMG! I must be about to turn to dust than! You young whippersnappers just wait - the next 20 or 30 years will FLY by and then, and only then, will you begin to realize how short life really is. Mark my words! Now, let me tell you what it was like back before color TV, before CD's, before computers... I had to walk 5 miles to scho...

I was kidding BTW. I think u caught it - can't tell with 19yo's though. J/K... kinda. Ever hear a Steely Dan song called "Hey Nineteen"?

The thing about not having all the toys when you're young is it makes you FIND things to do. I became a pretty damn good saxophone player and it took me all over the world - I wouldn't trade that for anything. Also, when you start on computers with 64K of RAM and a 16K operating system, it's pretty simple and you grow as the idea grows. After a while, you're an "Expert" and peeps that thought you were a nerd for getting into "that computer gizmo" are paying you money for your knowledge. ya baby.

And BTW, I really ain't dust yet. I still hang out late at night with other musicians and play video games etc. I just can't do it night after night after night... thankfully! 8) And don't call me a "parent," I hate that! Love my kids though. And remember, your parents prolly know more than you think! hehheh
